Bovine bling: Western Cape Premier Helen Zille became the
proud owner of the brightest bovine of all when she was presented with this ‘Flash
Cow’ by a group of Delft residents in thanks for her help in getting community
shopkeepers the rights to sell electricity and airtime from their home shops.
The residents are members of Flash, a savings and credit co-operative. The cow
is their logo.
